In addtion to many of our regular menu offerings, the following dishes will be served on Thanksgiving Day:

Baked in an herb crust with a root vegetable custard and a Creole-Bourbon glaze 8~
Opelousas Sweet Potato & Crab Soup
Simmered in a rich crab stock and finished with Louisiana blue crabmeat and crispy andouille 7~

Smoked Duck and Cranberry Salad
Brown sugar cured duck breast with watercress, spicy pumpkin seeds and shaved cheese, tossed with a cranberry vinaigrette 9~
ENTREES
Roasted Turkey
Ginger Snap Crusted Pork Tenderloin
Served with housemade bacon braised greens and andouille-butternut squash soup 20~
