Palace Cafe will be participating in the first ever month long, city-wide, chef-driven promotion in support of breast cancer awareness. Below is a cancer-fighting menu created by Chef Ben Thibodeaux. Come in any time during the month of October and order this special, 2-course menu. 10% of the proceeds will benefit Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
First Course
Duck Carpaccio
Thinly sliced duck breast drizzled with aged blueberry balsamic and North Shore honey, accompanied by housemade yogurt "cheese" and minced shallots
Second Course
Blackened Salmon
Served with herb roasted sweet potatoes, farm greens and Gulf shrimp & mushroom bordelaise
