New Orleans Rum Society
Palace Café is the official home of the New Orleans Rum Society (aka NORS) -- a spirited society dedicated to the appreciation of fine rums. The society hosts regular spirit events and tastings catered towards the rum enthusiast.

May Rum of the Month | Turning Tables Rhum Pou Moun-La Limited Edition
Turning Tables Rhum Pou Moun-La is produced in New Orleans with a special story. A partnership between the non-profit Turning Tables and Porchjam Distillery has created this cane juice based Rhum made from Louisiana sugar cane. They use a combination of pot & column distillation to make this versatile spirit.
Turning Tables mission is to advocate for equity in the hospitality industry by providing mentorship, educational tools, and platforms for exposure in a system of support for the black & brown communities of New Orleans. This Rhum was bottled in collaboration with Turning Tables alumni.
