King Cake Returns

For the past five years, Pastry Chef Nettie White has created delicious riffs on the classic Mardi Gras dessert staple, the King Cake. 

This year’s version is a King Cake Profiterole with a praline croquantine custard filling and citrus sauce. 

It’s available from January 6th to February 24th (Lundi Gras).
